Why is my form not loading?
Step-by-step troubleshooting
Verify that you are using the correct URL. Use the Copy embed code or Copy external URL buttons to ensure you are using the correct URL for your form. Remember that if you change the URL slug on the form editor page, that will change your payment form’s URL.
Verify that you have completed your Stripe account setup. Your payment form requires Stripe to process transactions. Log in to your Stripe dashboard and verify that you have completed the account setup process and that your account is live.
Verify that you have connected your Stripe account to your Easy Pay Forms account. Your dashboard will indicate if you have successfully connected to your Stripe account. If you still need to connect your Stripe account, go to the connect page and click on the Connect with Stripe button.
Verify that you are subscribed to Easy Pay Forms. You must have an active Easy Pay Forms subscription in order for your payment form to function. Your dashboard will indicate if you have an active subscription. If not, you will need to go to the billing page and subscribe.
Verify that your payment form is enabled. This is indicated on the right hand side of the payment form toolbar on each page. To enable, simply toggle the switch to the on position.
Check to see if your website hosting provider allows iFrame embeds from third parties. Some hosting providers like Wordpress.com don’t allow iFrame embeds on certain plans. To get around this, you’ll need to either upgrade your plan to one that allows iFrame embeds, migrate your site to another hosting provider, or direct your customers to your Easy Pay Forms hosted page instead (Copy external URL button on your dashboard).
